Our Commitment to AI Transparency
Build Don’t Scroll teaches professionals how to merge their intelligence with AI. We practice what we teach. This policy explains how we use AI in our business and what you can expect when interacting with us.
How We Use AI
Website Chat Support
Our website uses an AI-powered chat assistant to help answer common questions and direct you to helpful resources. This chatbot is trained on our methodology and frequently asked questions. It is clearly identified as AI when you interact with it. You can always request to speak with a human by emailing [email protected].
Content Creation
We use AI tools to assist with:
- Research and information gathering
- Drafting and editing written content
- Brainstorming and idea development
- Training material development
- Marketing copy and emails
All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by me before publishing. The ideas, frameworks, and methodology are mine. AI helps me produce content more efficiently, but the thinking behind it is human.
What Is Always Human
My voice is always mine. I do not use AI-generated voice cloning or text-to-speech for any audio or video content. When you hear me speak in videos, podcasts, or training sessions, that is my actual voice.
My face is always mine. I do not use AI-generated video avatars or deepfake technology. When you see me on video, that is actually me.
Final decisions are always human. Refund requests, customer support escalations, and any situation requiring judgment are handled by me personally, not AI.
AI-Assisted Does Not Mean AI-Generated
There is an important distinction in how we work:
AI-Generated: AI creates content with minimal human input. We do not do this.
AI-Assisted: AI helps research, draft, and refine content that I direct, review, and approve. This is how we work.
Think of it like having a highly capable research assistant. The assistant gathers information and helps organize thoughts, but the final product reflects my expertise, voice, and judgment.
Third-Party AI Platforms
We use various AI platforms including but not limited to Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and other services. These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for changes they make to their services, pricing, or policies.
For full details on third-party platform limitations, see our Income & Earnings Disclaimer.
AI Limitations
AI is a powerful tool, but it has limitations:
- AI can generate incorrect or incomplete information
- AI may miss context or nuance that a human would catch
- AI outputs require verification for accuracy
- AI platforms may experience downtime or changes
We take these limitations seriously and implement human review to catch errors. However, we cannot guarantee that all AI-assisted content is free from mistakes.
No Warranties
AI-assisted content and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-assisted outputs. You should verify important information independently and exercise your own judgment.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know when you are interacting with AI (our chatbot identifies itself)
- Request human assistance instead of AI support
- Ask questions about our AI practices
Why We Disclose This
We believe in transparency. Many businesses use AI without telling you. We tell you because:
- It aligns with our values of honesty and authenticity
- It models the responsible AI practices we teach
- It builds trust with our community
- It is increasingly required by regulators
