This Fulfillment Policy applies to all products and services offered by Build Don’t Scroll (“Build Don’t Scroll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Different terms apply depending on the type of service you purchase.

SECTION A: Online Training Programs and Memberships

This section applies to digital training courses, live workshops, community memberships, and related educational products.

Access and Delivery

  • Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to digital training materials via email or our online learning platform.
  • Live training sessions will be delivered at the scheduled date and time communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Recordings of live sessions are typically made available within 48-72 hours of the session.
  • Community and membership access begins immediately upon successful payment processing.

Training Program Guarantee

For our flagship training program, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must attend the full live training session (or watch the complete recording).
  • You must make a genuine attempt to implement the methodology by building your first custom AI intelligence.
  • You must request your refund within 30 days of the live training date.
  • Upon refund, you retain access to any bonus materials provided.

Membership Cancellation

  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

Cohort Programs

  • Cohort programs have limited enrollment and specific start dates.
  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the cohort start date for a full refund.
  • No refunds are available after the cohort begins, except in cases of documented medical emergency or extreme hardship (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
  • Missed sessions do not qualify for partial refunds. Recordings will be provided when available.

SECTION B: Consulting and Strategy Services

This section applies to private consulting engagements, content strategy services, and retainer arrangements.

Service Delivery

Build Don’t Scroll provides digital marketing consulting, AI implementation strategy, and content creation services as described in your Project Agreement or Statement of Work. These services are delivered according to the schedule agreed upon in your signed agreement.

Payment Terms

  • All fees for ongoing monthly services are billed in advance of the service being rendered.
  • Services performed on an hourly basis or out-of-scope work are invoiced separately, with payment due within 15 days of invoice date.
  • Failure to pay any invoice within 15 days of the due date may result in a 10% late fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice for cancellation of ongoing services.
  • Clients may terminate the agreement immediately if Build Don’t Scroll has materially breached any obligation and such breach remains uncured for 30 days after written notice.
  • Build Don’t Scroll reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately without notice if the client fails to pay an invoice when due.

Refund Policy for Consulting Services

In the event of termination, within fifteen (15) days, the client shall pay:

  1. For any services performed on an hourly basis prior to termination
  2. A pro-rata amount based on the percentage of services completed as of the termination date
  3. Any costs incurred in transferring or transitioning client materials and work product

Build Don’t Scroll has sole discretion in determining the portion of work completed as of the termination date. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or work already completed.

SECTION C: General Terms

Limitation of Liability

  • Build Don’t Scroll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
  • The maximum amount recoverable under any agreement is limited to the total payments made to Build Don’t Scroll in the immediately preceding twelve (12) months.

Results Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence and provide proven methodologies, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, job placements, or business results. Your results depend on many factors including your effort, implementation, existing skills, and market conditions.

Our training teaches methodologies and frameworks. Success requires your active participation and implementation.

Technical Requirements

  • Digital products require a stable internet connection and a modern web browser.
  • AI-related training requires accounts with third-party AI platforms (such as Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude). Costs for these third-party services are not included in our pricing.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party platforms or your local equipment.

Intellectual Property

  • Course materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Build Don’t Scroll.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our materials for your own professional development.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially repurpose our training materials without written permission.
